1. Introduction Welcome to frimon.com.ar. This website and the services offered are operated by Frida & Simon Group, LLC (hereinafter, “Frimon”, “we”, or “our”). By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. How our service works At Frimon we optimize processes to deliver high-quality results in record time. Our workflow consists of 4 fixed steps:

• Step 1: You fill out a form. You provide us with strategic information about your business.

• Step 2: We process your information. We analyze the data and design your identity.

• Step 3: You receive your complete plan. Everything packaged and ready to use.

• Step 4: Delivery in 24-72 hours. No long waits or unnecessary meetings.

3. Clear Work Rules (Service Conditions) To guarantee the speed and quality of our work, we operate under the following strict regulations. By purchasing a plan, the client expressly accepts these conditions:

• Delivery times: The 24 to 72-hour window begins only when the initial form is 100% complete. If the form is incomplete or key information is missing, the delivery time is automatically paused until the client provides the missing data.

• Revision rounds: Our packages include one (1) single round of minor adjustments (for example, refining a color or changing a typeface). This round does not include under any circumstances full redesigns or base concept changes.

• Reworking the project: The initial form is our only roadmap. If after delivery the client wishes for a completely different approach than originally requested in the form, it will be considered a new project and a new package will need to be purchased.

• Communication: To meet our record timelines, all communication is conducted strictly asynchronously via email. We do not hold video calls or in-person meetings.

4. Payments and Refund Policy Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, once the client completes payment and our team begins processing the form information, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The client assumes responsibility for providing accurate information at the start of the project.

5. Intellectual Property Frimon reserves copyright over preliminary or discarded designs. The client only acquires usage rights to the final delivered design once payment has been fully processed. Frimon reserves the right to use final works in its portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
