To ensure the speed and quality of our work, we operate under these simple guidelines.
Delivery times
The 24 to 72-hour window begins only when the initial form is 100% complete. If information is missing, the clock pauses.
Revision rounds
We include one (1) round of minor adjustments (e.g., refining a color or changing a typeface). Does not include full redesigns or concept changes.
Reworking the project
The form is our roadmap. If after delivery you want a completely different direction from what was requested, a new package will be required.
Communication
To meet our record timelines, all communication is handled asynchronously via email. We do not hold video calls or in-person meetings.
